
【Biography】
Prof. Wenqiang Yang received his B.S. degree from Huazhong University of Science and Technology and Ph.D. degree from Peking University. During Ph.D. period, he visited American Lawerence Berkeley National Lab for one year. After completing his Ph.D., he conducted postdoctoral research at Seoul National University at Prof. Tae-Woo Lee group. He is now an associate professor in International Institute for Interdisciplinary and Frontiers, Beihang University. His research focuses optoelectronic materials and devices, including quantum dot, nanocrystal and applications in X-ray detector, photodetector and LED. He has authored over 20 papers in high impact journals such as Science, Advanced Materials, Joule and Advanced Optical Materials.
