Introduction
Nanotechnology and nanoelectronics have been tremendously successful platforms for material characterization, quantum effects, memory devices, spintronics devices, sensor devices, and biomedical applications. Novel aspects of nanoelectronics, such as nanospintronics and related technologies, are still actively explored around the world to advance this celebrated platform even further. The 2st International Hangzhou Nanoelectronics Summer School aims to bring leading experts on various nanoelectronics topics together to discuss recent developments, share ideas, foster future collaborations, and also have a fun time, covering topics from materials to circuits and devices.
